A healthy lifestyle is a choice that you make every day, and it's not an easy one!! We're surrounded by quick-fix, fast, tasty,  extremely unhealthy food options. The biggest fear people express to me about a vegan lifestyle is... "How will it TASTE?"

Let's be honest, there's some pretty bad vegan food, just like there's bad everything. There are also some vegan recipes and sites that look great... if you have three days to harvest and grind your own flour and you keep coconut fat on hand (I admit, I do... but I know it's kindof weird.) Here are some of my favorite healthy, vegan recipes that you can make in under a half hour with ingredients you can find at any grocery store- or right in your own cabinets.

"Garbage mac"

A term coined by my daughter, (Ashley, master of memes) this is a quick fifteen minute recipe that involves Annie's vegan mac and cheese, boca crumbles, salsa, taco seasoning and whatever frozen veggies you happen to have in the house!
